Home loan

Good afternoon. I'm very dissapointed with standard bank home loan department. When I took out a bond with stardbank I was offered a interest rate of 10,5%. I then went through financial difficulties and went under debt review. My interest rate was drop to 9,2% on my bond. I then paid all my other accounts and I was left with only my bond to pay. I then app**** for a clearance certificate which I received and my name was removed from debt review. This month I checked on my standard app and noticed that my interest rate on my bond has increased to 12,75%. When I bought the house it was on a variable interest rate and not a fixed rate. I thought after paying all my accounts I would go back to my original payment and the interest will go 10,5% interest of today. If I new this would have happen I would not have canceled debt review because my bond would be finished paid in a few years. I am now planning to change my bond to capitec who offers 9,5% interest.
