Home loan approved Oct 2013 still can't move in ?

My son Brad and his fianc? appled for a home loan thru Std Bank which was approved last year in the title deed there was a clause that needed to be sorted out by the Seller with the Municipality which was completed on 10th Feb 2014. The wedding took place 28th Feb and they are currently on honeymoon. It is now 10th March? Ever phoned ***well have fun, the bank did not have the proper property description? Ok so now has an Assessor or valuator been to this house? Are we re inventing the wheel? No response Call centre on Friday refused to put me thru to a senior person, spoke to a Marco who is working under supervision but doesn't know who he works for? Cannot put me to a Senior person or has been trained not to do so. Cannot get the name of a Senior person was told to go back to the Branch, did they and was referred straight back to *** Well we are NOT MOVING FORWARD but backwards indeed. So what is the problem? No feedback? Reference *** expedite for 10th March ??
