Home Loan application

I have app**** for a home loan through an estate agent late Jan for R705 000.00 i called to call centre to request cancellation and was informed that the application has been approved still in process of verification ,all to find out that it was approved,i was never contacted or to be notified of the outcome , then it was later cancelled after escalating it .<br> 13 Feb i re-app**** for a less amount R649... ,00 and the application was declined ... due the fact that the consultant captured the 20 years term instead of 30 years , i contacted the Team Leader she told me that there's nothing she can do from her side i need to re-apply.<br> My concern is that every-time i apply it affect my credit scoring, could someone assist
