Home Loan Account

As a Home Loan account holder at Standard Bank it is of great sadness and disappointment that the money that we owed to the account was settled by the 30st March 2023. A company by the name of T.J Maodi INC which is a representative of Standard Bank immediately requested a paid-up letter from SB after the outstanding amount was settled - as was advised by T.J Maodi. I also made a follow up with the lady handling the account by the name of Nompumelelo Moagi from Standard Bank. Every time I call her, she keeps promising that I will get the letter on Friday of the same week I would have called her which has not happened. Let alone receiving an update from both the companies. As it stands currently neither of them is returning my calls to tell me what is the holdup/rather what is going on. Can anyone from SB intervene? Its nearing the 2nd month now having requested for the paid-up letter. T.J Maodi advised that I would receive the letter in 7-14 days working days. This was over a call I had with David Sefolo from TJ Maodi on the 30st of March 2023, the boss to David is Terrence Dlomo. SB fix this matter urgently!!!
