Home Loan account

The account in question was forclosed by Std Bank & went to Auction around Aug/Sep. The new buyer is also in breach & we only found out in Feb after 9months that the auction deal was in the process of cancellation. This was also confirmed by email by Anel & Phuti from the attorneys. We are disputing the fact that we never recieved surmons & the amount in question is too high. Property was bought for R505k & has been serviced since 2007 but the amount is now R616k! The auction price was only R 406K so they blacklist for 210K We have approached the high court for a recession based on this & Std bank has been served. They appeared in court in April and asked for postponement to June. In the meantime, they aproached the buyer & revived the sale, disregarding the fact that there is a dispute & all processes need to stop so we can be given a fair chance to rectify! Anel has told me there is nothing we can do to stop this as they are proceeding. I know I have a recorse but does Std Bank not respect the legal processes of the land? Or am I just a little person who does not matter? I have another bond held by them that is apx R 4ml and may consider moving somewhere else for better treatment.
