Home loan in arrears house to be sold in auction, no summons received just a text. no communication of sort from the bank about notifying me of the sale or the arrears for that matter. Called to find out about the arrears amount, given different figures. made a payment & send POP and still waiting on feedback from the bank about whether they received the payment or not. Male assessors parading at the house, intrusive as ever. I don't even know whether they are assessors or what they are as they are unidentified.if they are why so many? Feeling rather unsafe more than anything at this point and time. waiting patiently for feedback from the bank, apparently my details are not even updated on my account which is something I did in Dec and whether the details were updated or not still is not known. Now this is a crucial matter to me as it involves the only place I call home..yes we all go through financial struggles but is it such a sin that we end up looked down upon. May I be informed when my account will be looked upon before the sale proceeds and I get told sorry coz an apology seems to be popular this days. Credit card account paid off but not updated still??
