Home Loan acc Hold

My Home loan account has been locked and according to the consultants it is because I am staff! I resigned 6 years ago. no one can explain why it was done now and no one can remove this hold it has now been escalated since Friday the 15th and I still don't have access to my account. I have been calling every day with no promising response every one can see someone is busy with it but no one can tell me when I can access my account!!! I logged a complaint on their website who sent an sms on Friday and according to the consultant this morning they will get back to me on the 27th Jan! REALLY STANDARD BANK.
