Home loan

I wont advice anyone to take a home loan with standard bank. I had extreme poor service from them when applying for my home loan. They dont verify the documents of the house you are buying whether they are legit or not before paying the previous owner the requested amount. End up paying more than you budgeted for. I understand that assigning a bond attorney means that they will ensure that you will have a smooth application no need to double check every document of the house you are buying. Im sad and disappointed.
