i app**** for homeloan as per their policy that I must remove the details of the principal member, divorce settlement

they declined , now I need the report to see why did they decline , which account , credit score which accounts needs to be sorted before they can approve my homeloan.

this is their response and I don't det it because they are their ones who say I don't meet the criteria, what must I improve
