Home Loan
It is a daunting process looking for a bank for your home loan. Let me make it easier by eliminating Standard Bank. They have been unbelievably useless with their customer service and simple things such as access to your statements (which become rather important for budgeting and tax). Unfortunately I cannot compare against the other banks, but I would not recommend Standard Bank in the slightest.

09 May 2019, 13:04This has not been resolved. In fact I sent a follow up email to the complaints department with regards to the fact that it has been 3 months of being unresolved.
