Home loan

I have app**** for standard bank home loan to buy a vacant land. They gave me the building loan, I then called them for amendments which they agreed on the 17 of May. They even called their attorneys that they appointed for the bond registration and they also advised that they need to amend their instructions because the loan is granted but under retention until I build a property. I have explained that I need the loan to buy a vacant land not property. The property I will fund it myself. The irritation part is everytime I call I will speak to someone new who will tell me different story. I am tired, I feel like I am hitting a brick wall with my head. I have been banking with standard bank for decades now since I was in high school.
