HOME LOAD BEING DE*****ED

<p>I have a Home Loan with STD bank my account no : ********** 59.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paying my account normally until I have requested a statement which reveal the serious syndicate and ********** activities going on at the bank .</p> <p>after I have made 14K payment i have contacted the bank to arrange upfront payment but only to be informed that my account was far behind as I have apparently been deducting money from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>the following amounts were debited from my account without a consent.</p> <p>R18966.00 on the 31st MAY-2016</p> <p>R7752 on the 01st-JUNE-2016</p> <p> </p> <p>R4195.12 15TH –SEPTEMBER-2016</p> <p> </p> <p>R4195.12 28TH— SEPTEMBER-2016</p> <p> </p> <p>all the above mentioned amounts were debited without my knowledge , communication or consent.</p> <p>i have since made a complaints with the bank but only to be dealing with ***********, moody and rude consultant in their complaints department called Prudence reporting to Siziwe who never answer the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>they can't refund my 14K and i am now struggling to make living for my family as the bank continue to harass my bond account.</p> <p> </p> <p>people if you have home load with STD BANK regularly contact them and ask for a statement as your investment at the bank isn't secured.</p> <p> </p>
