Home Insurance *******!!
Standard bank Ripping me off with home insurance. Email below from Kelebogili Mahlasi : Please note I tried calling you with no luck. Please see the below comparison on the two policies.
Bettersure sum insured is R1 455 016 with a monthly premium of R252.39. Standard Bank sum insured is R3 765 350 with a monthly premium of R240.92.
Only to find out by Lephondo Lucky that our premium is R800+ this was not authorized by me nor my husband. Lucky has escalelated the matter a week ago as I demanded back almost 7k in premiums! I am still waiting for him to respond to me. If this matter is not resolved, we will take further steps.
