Home Affairs online booking not working

Standard Bank is the most useless bank ever!!! I honestly don't understand how they are still operating. I have been trying to make a booking online to come into either the Standard Bank at Simmonds or Killarney and I just keep getting an error saying there are no available time slots irrespective of the date range that I put in. I have done my application online and have made payment on the 12th of October 2021 already and I do not want to go into an actual Home Affairs branch. I have called the Killarney Branch and keep getting an automated machine telling me that the number is no longer in service and that I should call ***, which I did and was given the exact same number that is no longer in service. I called again today and was transferred to the branch but the phone went unanswered. I need to get my passport as I am leaving the country in December and all of this has just been a distasteful experience as with every experience I have ever had with Standard Bank
