Hollywoodbets and standard bank are playing hide and seek with me..

On the 12/02/20 i have made a withdrawal request from hollywood account to my standard bank account,till to date i havent received the money,i have contacted hollywood several times they told me they have processed the payment and it went through,on the other hand i called standard bank they told me that whatever i can see when i log on to my app is what they see ,so if the money is not reflecting on me it cant reflect on them as well,i then went back to hollywood sent them my bank statement to prove that the money hasnt been reflected ,they sent me the proof of payment from their site to take it to standard bank,so i need my money this two guys are playing hide and seek with me the other one said i have paid the other said i didnt receive at the end of the day am the one who is suffering here
