Holiday loan repayment

STD bank has not debited me for January on my revolving loan, When i eventually checked my statement i called in, the consultants advised that it was some holiday repayment and the bank chose a few clients, i did not receive any communication this was going to happen , i did not agree, now they say im going to get double debited this month close to R2000 which is ridiculous , i was then told to go into the branch or make an arrangment , this is taking up my time and my credit score is going to be affected by this, i did not accept , i was also told i should of brought it to their attention sooner, this is not my job we are all busy and we cannot follow everything that the banks are supposed to do ,I am not willing to be double debited, the bank needs to resolve their mess up by extending the loan by a month or i will go to the ombudsman as this was not explained on my agreement or communicated by me.
