Holding up loan approval
Im not happy. I am a signature client with STD Bank. I have three home loans with Standard bank which and two vehicles. I have purchased two properties and I am struggling to get your finance department to approve my loan. They want the Complex financials, which I only have the 2020 Financials availabl, as the 2021 AGM has not happened yet.
STD bank wont approve my loan until they have the 2021 financials, never-mind that have I can afford these loans.
A few years ago I moved from ABSA to STANDARD Bank. It may be time to to my whole account from STD Bank to FNB Private wealth.
