Holding my funds for no reason

Standard bank hold my fund even after providing Bop it almost 3hours waiting for my fund to clock on my bank account RECEIVED USD fund n ive reply with reason of funds normal it take lesd than 10 min now they don't reply to my email n on call the dont have information as forex doesn't have working phone number i need my funds ASAP
