Holding 45mins only for the phone to be dropped after a consultant picked the phone

I've been holding for 45mins, and a call centre agent picked up my call, after I explained my issue she asked me to hold, when she came back the phone was dropped, I cant phone again only to hold 45mins, that would be ridiculous.

my issue is that, I worked on both the new website and old yesterday, I only received the sms notifications for the transactions I did on the old website at 00.00 at night, and the ttransactions I did on the new simplified website I only received the notifications of me changing my EAP limit, but didnt receive actual notifications of the transfers...................the call centre agent I spoke to didnt seem to be clued up on all of this because she said "normally you shouldn't get any notifications".......which is not true because I got some notifications on my cellphone from the new online banking site..............I am concerned because the transaction I did is big, I want to be able to get a notification on my cellphone when I do this kind of transaction or any kind of transaction whether I am using the old or new online banking site.

Please help
