HOLD ON THE ACCOUNT

As a business we are greatly affected, The business account was in Collection a placed on hold. The money was paid to rectify the account but the account cannot function. I went to the branch but they could not assist. I sent an email to the business banker with no reply. This is frustrating as I need to travel for business. The business is loosing revenue and I will claim for this loss from Standard Bank.
