Hold on account and no one can explain who did it

I have never seen a useless bank and very unprofessional bank like this stupid bank called Standard bank.

A hold was placed on my account, no one in this stupid bank can explain to me why the hold was done. And the reason, you guys better be ready because the bank I opened will see my full anger on Monday, what a stupid bank? After this be such I am closing this account.
