History of a Beneficiary

Since July 2015 I have been requesting December 2013 to July 2014 payments to one beneficiary, I was told I did not have to request 7 months of statements at R50.00 per statement as I am only looking for one beneficiary's history, I am now told I need to request the statements at R50.00 per statement. <br> Each person I have spoken to has given me a different excuse and a different suggestion. I do not need the full statements and am only looking for payments made in that period to one beneficiary, Standard Bank come to the table, you have been messing me around for too long
