Hiring process not being followed

Hello I am Nokuthula Mahlangu I had an interview with Standard bank on the 8th of March 2023 then i was told to expect an email later that day i did not receive anything from them the next day i emailed Amu the Hr lady for follow up since she said i can contact them, she did not reply to my emaiil so on the 14th of March 2023 I called her using my landline she was suprised that i did not receive any email she then said she will get back to me but she did not. The following day i called again using the same line it was blocked i decided to change numbers then it went through she answered immediately i then explain my story to her again the she said i was declined. I went to an interview with someone i know he received the reply the very same day while i did not. I feel like i was ****** an opportunity because of HR people forgot to send me an email the next thing i am blocked from calling them, then the moment i manage to get through to her she just said i was declined. We were only 4 in the interview we all reside in the same area people were rep**** i was the o ly one who did not receive an email of which during the interview the panel was impressed i answered every question accordingly and they kept on saying how impressed they were.
