Highly Regret Stand Bank Mobile

I deeply regret purchasing a phone from Standard Bank Mobile. The phone was problematic from day 1 and they did not offer me any solution that didn't cost me financially. They did not try to offer any technical support and they are not easy to reach as they do not have any walk in facility. The phone has a network issue and cannot perform the basic function intended which is to make and recieve calls, the inconvenience has been great. When I request a free cancelation of my contract based on the abnormal circumstances, they refused and sent me a quote to pay for a phone I cannot use. They have abused my consumer rights and I recommend that all consumers refrain from entering a contract with Standard Bank Mobile.
