Highly Questionable Behaviour - Standard Trust Ltd

I am utterly disgusted with Standard Trust Ltd. The most recent trust officer of my late father's will/trust refuses to answer e-mails, as do Standard Bank of which Standard Trust Ltd is a part of. I am yet to receive an explanation as to where the last year's quarterly interest payments have been paid to - certainly not my new bank account which I was assured by Ms Poti had been captured on their system. I consider this theft. That interest money is mine as a beneficiary of my late father's will/trust. NOT Standard Trust or any of its trust officers. This is not the first time there has been such trouble and mismanagement. I am utterly sickened and disgusted.
