HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Standard Bank Pretoria CBD in church street has the worst customer service ever. As someone who works with clients, I have NEVER in my wildest dreams said to a client that my manager is not around so I cannot assist them. As a customer service representative you make calls, find alternatives and solutions. I am extremely disappointed and have been contemplating moving to another bank because my experience with STD Bank is going from better to worse. I have been with this bank for the past 15 years.
