Highly disappointed

Standard bank the most unreliable bank honestly disgusted by their service they have blocked my account for the past 7 days reason's being due to an investigation despite numerous attempts in contacting them on updates all I'm getting is "the investigation is still on going " but their seems to be no attempts in helping me resolve the matter whereas nedbank has resolved my matter within a day they have even sent a mail to nedbank to un block the account but still standard bank doesn't seem to take interest in assisting their clients who are in need of their help and assistance highly disappointed with standard bank I would highly recommend that any one use standard bank as they are no reliable at all
