HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
I am very unhappy as to how Standard Bank call centre agents treats their customers!!!!! I have been on the line with 6 different people, 5 different departments, for 2 hours already! The line has been dropped on me thrice and yet again i am still waiting to speak to someone!!! I would like to get a call back asap as everybody seems unequipped to assist me and give me the information that i require!
