High finance charges on Credit card account wihile on positive balance.
I paid my Standard Bank credit card account fully on the 4th of June and I was having a positive balance and wasn’t supposed to be charged anything due to the positivity of my account balance but I got charged more than R2000 as alleged finance charges for my credit card. I want this issue resolve urgently. Please help me.
