High charges for no work

I'm not paying for statements that i was charged for, they gave ne the run around to get them and wgen they sent them, they didnt send everything i requested for, half of them are useless because they not displaying the transaction details, they don't treating or giving me value for my money so why should i pay, i want to close my account!
