Hiding something

My vehicle was repossessed after the fall of the R699 car deal. I missed one payment and they were not willing to assist. After numerous request for the application form I still have nothing since 2014. I received the balance after vehicle was repossessed and asked for a statement since 31 Aug 2015. I still have nothing after many requests again. Really bad, as this makes one think if they are hiding something. No assistance or support was offered even though they know about the challenge with the R699 car episode. Statement was promised a couple of times. Guess what, I'm still waiting. This bank is really bad. No Customer service and no support. I wonder if they have something hidden that we are not meant to know???? how can you trust them with anything if they don't give you information you ask for. How can anyone trust them with anything?
