I app**** for loan with standard bank on September 2017 amount was R150 k for 60 months contract on monthly payment of R5000 plus it's a fix contract .

First deduction was on 15 October 2017 to 15 October 2022. It is there on contract as last payment

I was charged 26.40% interests rate and other things that was on contract total re- payment of standard bank end up on R3000k plus as per agreement I did pay without skipping one month.

On last month October 2022 out standing balance is R17k plus and no one can explain to how did I accumulate this amount.

I communicated with Nathash and Mr Tsotetsi in Vereeniging branch no feedback from them.

I wrote emails to standard head office and complain offices they convince me what happened
