Her email address

I am a student advisor at CTI. I had called Magogodi from Standard Bank Head Office through, to resolve a matter about the student loan for one of my student. She answers her phone and asked me to send her an email since she was not on her desk/ pc. I politely asked her to give me her email address, she said her names. I asked her for the 2nd time since I couldn't quite get it, she confirms again very fast this time. I then politely asked her to be patient and spell it out for me, she then snapped and said whoever that gave you my contact number should be able to give me her email address. I snapped and swore at her then I hung up the phone. She's very childish and rude!!!
