Helpless Standard bank and Motus auctions customer ...

I have bought a non runner bakkie from Motus auctions in Edenvale... The car was reported ****** before I bought it. Now Motus auctions says its standard bank's reposessed vehicle. Now standard bank and Motus auctions says they can't help because I did not register it withing the given 2 weeks, even when I tell them I tried to, there's proof on the papers where traffic dptmnt told me I can't register it on my name until I take it to Laanlagte to do police clearance. Long story short, Standard bank and Motus cars (manager Sias) says they can't help me. Please may someone advice on how to deal with this matter. I'm helpless I lost my money and I could go to jail if I use the car.

Standard bank have rep**** here saying someone will call me, it's been over a month nothing
