I would like to Compliment SB Hatfield on the great service I received this afternoon from Prince at the Enquiries desk. He continued helping me until my issue was sorted even after the bank doors were closed. His friendly service didn't end at 15:30, he continued assisting me even though I was already outside the bank. Thank you for going the extra mile and for saving me from coming back the next day. Prince made it happen.
