Had a query resolved by customer services of Standard bank card division this morning. I was assisted by Akhona, and would like to express my thanks for her assistance with the issue. At some point,the call got interrupted and cut. I was still re-dialling when bank rang me back.This is so amazing and considerate of the official who was assisting me. It is rare these days, to come across professional and humane service of this calibre. Thank you Akhona, do keep on with your excellent service.
