Help required asap

I have sent emails requesting help but have heard nothing back from anyone. I need help changing the details on my account so I can send my OTP to my email and not to phone. I don't have my number anymore and can't phone in to make changes. I tried to log on to my internet banking but here again it sends an OTP to my number, totally useless. Can someone please get in touch with me via mail.
