Help needed urgently to get closure.

On the 28-03-2015 i withdrew a large sum of money from Standard Bank Quagga Center.I drove to my home which is about 15kms from the center.To my suprise i was confronted by three armed ****s and demanded the money that i withdrew.I returned to the bank after my ordeal to notify the manager.I requested survailence footage to try and determine who the culprits are.I was told that on Monday 30-03-2015 i would get a call and review the footage.I have still not recieved a call from the manager.I hereby request that the relevant person or department from Standard Bank contact me as soon as possible to solve this problem.I have my suspicions because it seems like information was passed on to the ****s as they knew my address and that i withdrew a large sum of money.I ask that Standard Bank please contact me and investigate this matter.Thank You.
