Help me get back my money

Standard bank is the worst, I’ve been trying to get my money back for over 4 weeks. If it’s not holding on unnecessary, it’s the consultants who provide you a reference number and empty promises of getting back to you “before close of business”. Theses nothing customer centric about banking with standard bank
