Yesterday I app**** for overdraft on the standard bank app and it was approved for R26000 and I was given the offer and the contract, mistakenly I rejected the application instead of signing. Now when I'm trying to reapply it gets declined and I don't know why. I need to know how is that possible that the application is approved and again declined?

I tried to call your call centers but I'm not getting proper help. Can this be investigated and be reviewed please. Can someone assist me I have copy of contact as proof that it was approved.
