Hellopeter Resolution Specialist doesn't help...

After having logged a complaint, I received an auto reply stating that my complaint was received and I will be contacted shortly. A week later, I get a call from Nkululeko, and after asking to call between a certain time, did send an email to say he will call the next morning which didn't work for me. I got the call the next morning and Nkululeko said, someone from the branch will contact me that same day. Two days later after not hearing from anyone, sent Nkululeko an email who then called to say that he will follow up, will also call me back with an update and follow up if I'd been contacted. It's a day before a week later and I still hadn't had any phone call or emails with regards to this. Is this the pathetic service that one should be accustomed to?
