Heavy Overdraft fees for none overdraft clients

I have observed that I am charged R210 for overdraft, Business online debit R117, Fee-unpaid item R116, Interest on overdraft up R10.84, management fees and services fees. The account does not qualify for an overdraft. There was a stop order item of R38 and these transactions emanated from the stop order item. Can I request that you allow stopping order to go through since I pay for overdraft or that the bank refunds the overdraft fees since the account does not have any overdraft allowance? The bounced item was paid from other accounts but it shows that I am owing the bank. The total fees have thus exceeded R600 Without having sufficient explanation can I request you to terminate that account with the standard bank.
