Heart broken

I am really utterly disgusted by Standard banks service.I app**** online and on app for a loan.I have been a client for many years.check on your dam system you will see.I was told I had a low score.my score has always been low but u guys have assisted me twice in the past with a low score.Dont know why u can't help me now.I am struggling and I really thought u can help me.i am the bread winner in my house.I have a sick mum and brother on school.I am really struggling and I really need assistance.My score has always been low and you gave me loans in past which were big ones.One was R15000 and other I think R17000 and I paid those loans up and they are done.Please help me and have love in your heart to help change my life please.I am begging you.Send my info to a supervisor at the loan department or something PLEASE.I don't default on my Standard bank loans.My salary gets paid into that account every single month.Please bless my life and open your hearts to me and assist me.
