Health risk

I have gone to Centurion Standard Bank twice to try and collect my card. They send you upstairs to wait in a que with around 30 other people and no service in sight. No clue as to where the que starts or ends. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING was adhered to, no information as to where to wait, everyone bunched up like sardines sitting shoulder to shoulder waiting to collect their cards with no ventilation. This is unacceptable! I have walked out twice! Will not risk my health like that. It's urgent that this matter be looked at. Disorganised like I've never seen before.
