Having to wait for 7 days for airtime voucher

Yesterday I purchased airtime for a friend of mine that was stuck on the side of the road in a remote area. She was in such a state !!! Bought airtime via STD bank internet banking - she never received the voucher number. I then contacted the call center - the lady I spoke to in that division told me she only takes messages and then she will log a call. We can only receive the voucher after seven working day . ***?????? This is 2015 NOT 1915!<br> <br> I had to drive to the nearest gas station just to buy airtime. I really expected better from STD bank. <br> <br> I wonder when will she receive the airtime voucher
