Hate the service

Gooday II am really confused and dissatisfied with the service i've been receiving from Standard bank.On the 2016-04-06 i made a withdrawal / payment at PNP according to the bank.I received my notification stating that the amount of 800 withdrawn. In my sane mind i assumed that the money was deducted due to the notification i received.I then went on with my life seeing that i don't print statements unless the need arises for me to do so..Going to the bank to make withdrawals i noticed that I'm in a minus...."what the hell" i then open a ***** case because not one of the consultants could explain this to me...I then printed another statement and to my surprise,The withdrawal made on the 2016-04-06 was deducted on the 2016-04-30...this has never happened to me...i have a budget and a family. To top it off a withdrawal made on the 2015-04-15 R 500 with notification received on that day was deducted 2016-04-29...i have R1300 deducted out of my salary which has been budgeted for.I don't print statements everyday....who does? The consultants can't show empathy...i have never had money deducted 3 weeks later.I have to adjust my financial situation because of this.I went to rondebosch branch everyday to fix my notifications and each day was futile..Waste of my time because my notifications just wouldn't work.I had to go to blue route where the female told me that nothing was done. How is this possible. What happens to the service.Money is disappearing and meanwhile it's ate deductions from merchants as I've bee told.I don't see how this can be ethical or humane. What do i tell my car insurance ?or my vehicle finance? This is not how we live. One nation. This is a disgrace in the eyes of God.I am grieved and i feel that this is really inconvenient towards me as a customer.
