has *******ly accessed my accounts

After the following individual *******ly accessed my accounts. Her husband threatened me at gun point, they have harassed, stalked and intimidated me. They also attained a protection order against me, claiming that i falsely accused her of going through my accounts. She was present at my property behaving very uncivilised and claimed on two occasions now that she has been falsely accused. I have made an application for a form 205 but am awaiting the information. The matter has been forwarded to the ombudsman and management but this individual continues her dishonesty. The bank has stated that she was disciplined, but being dishonest about this means she is bringing the banks name into disrepute. They are refusing to drop the allegations and the case has now been postponed to the 4 march, which is unacceptable. The only crime I committed is opening an account with Standard bank. This entire process has been filled with dishonesty, from other employees and this is not in the best interest of me as the client. This cannot continue and several employees of Standard bank including managers are shocked that this employee is getting away with all of the above mentioned matters.
