Harrismith branch poor customer service.

I was at the Harrismith branch already in Aug 2021 had a conversation with the branch manager regarding a transaction we as a company accidently did in a student’s loan account and till today had no feedback if the transaction can be successfully reversed or not. She have my contact details but got no response. Absolute poor customer service. Can’t phone there branch either, phone just rang non stop.
