Harassment from Credit Card Division by Precious Makhubo ***)

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Off late, i don't seem to have good reviews for standard bank..</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm being harassed by Precious Makhubo ( ********** ) who claims she wants to confirm my credit card details. When (made a mistake and) I confirmed that I don't have a credit card with standard bank, she then started guessing. She talks over you to try and convince you that she needs to confirm your details without telling you why!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />About 3 hours later, another call comes through on my colleague's phone, with a now 011 050... number and they are trying to confirm personal details with her too claiming she has a credit card.</p> <p> </p> <p>We laughed about it when its actually annoying.</p> <p> </p> <p>Standard, i refuse to be harassed I refuse.
