HARASSMENT FOR OVERDUE CREDIT CARD
OVERDUE CREDIT CARD - COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT HARASSMENT
Payment for credit card was due 1 Oct 2019. Due to financial difficulties. Every 3 days , I have received a call from their credit card collections department , its the 23rd October. This week alone, I have received a call every single day. I have resorted to hanging up the call. No one can supply me with my signed credit agreement. All they are intrested in is their money...
To make matters worse, they now have an automated message line , call our office line, and divulge the fact that my credit card is overdue to whom ever answers the switchboard.
While it is within their right to call me, it is against the law to harrass the person.
In addition I also have received emails, every 2 days, requested a copy of my signed agreement, nothing to date
